Ugandan music star Sheebah Karungi has announced a new ambassadorial partnership for 2026 with Diaspora Insurance, marking another major milestone in her career beyond music.
The singer revealed the news through her X (formerly Twitter) platform, explaining that she briefly traveled to Nairobi, Kenya to finalize the deal.
“I flew to Nairobi, Kenya for a day to sign and begin what I believe will be an exciting and impactful partnership,” Sheebah shared.
According to the artist, the signing ceremony was attended by several key figures including Jeff Madzingo, the CEO of Diaspora Insurance, Dr. Sibert Made Nga, and Naomi Evans, a representative of Diaspora Insurance based in the United Kingdom. Also present was Esther Bornefeld, alongside Executive Director I Spectacles.

Expressing gratitude for the opportunity, the singer said she is excited about what the collaboration will bring.
“I gratefully appreciate Diaspora Insurance for the trust and believing in the vision that is about to sprout between the parties,” Sheebah said.
The partnership is expected to see the celebrated Ugandan performer work closely with the insurance company on campaigns aimed at strengthening its reach, particularly among the diaspora community.
